Our shellfish baskets are composed of fresh shellfish from the Portuguese coast. Bivalves are original from Ria Formosa, Ria de Alvor, Ria de Aveiro and Estuário do Sado, and also from the National coast. We only import species that are not available enough in our waters – like the Edible Crab – or that have a superior quality in other areas – like the Mussels, that we have chosen from Galicia – Spain.
